Néstle commissioned VERTIKOM to establish and manage a new Field Sales Force Team throughout Switzerland. The project englobed reporting to Nestlé NDG & ST Business Unit, sales – and product trainings, organization of events for Nescafé DG and Special T as well as market observations (activities of competitors, development of an exchange platform for best practices and hot topics). With POS mapping and development of 3 sales regions within Switzerland we could ensure the relationship building with POS managers in 450 POS and increased brand visibility through secondary placements and merchandising. 

British American Tobacco is represented in nearly 200 prestigious events cross Switzerland. VERTIKOM Switzerland is entrusted with the preparation of employment contracts, creating and maintaining the promoter pool and the entire payrolling process in this extremely broad and complex landscape.

VERTIKOM’s  proprietary VICI (VERTIKOM Intelligence Controlling Instrument) guarantees correct recording of work hours and prompt monthly payment of promoters. A client own designed  process allows to accompany step by step the promoters from  drafting of employment contracts, to sercure the licenses for Switzerland-wide tobacco sales up-to cash handling and payrolling.

BAT hired VERTIKOM to design and coordinate a nationwide sales promotion for a new product launch. The project englobed recruiting 50 full-time sales specialists design a training methodology to guarantee ongoing knowledge transfer, highly complex creation of planning tools to guarantee nationwide representation,  coordination and HR management.

In this project it was extremely important to select highly qualified experts with exceptional communication skills. Intensive training sessions were held to educate our team members about specific product features and challenges. Our specially developed resource planning tool allows for targeting promotion activities for the specific peak hours at the POS for maximum effectiveness. This supported remarkable optimization of the efficiency and success rate of the field sales force.

We utilized our VICI system including GPS tracking to deliver instant and transparent KPI’s. Our Business Intelligence System makes it possible to run individual reports for your instant .

Microsoft hired VERTIKOM to design a high-impact presentation at the point of sale creating a lasting positive reflection on the overall product range. The goal was to strengthen Microsoft’s positioning in the tangible product sector.

We were able to guarantee a lasting effect with our approach to train the promoters on how to conduct and approach the client and how to position the products. Sales rose significantly during the promotion period off- and online. The campaign was supported with an incentive driven activity for the promoters that significantly increased motivation sales.

Our progressive VICI applications (VICI = VERTIKOM Intelligent Controlling Instrument) provided results-oriented reporting. This reporting enables our clients to efficiently coordinate immediate measures and take advantage of special opportunities arising.
