A yearly Summit was support to take place in March 2020. Due to pandemic situation in February 2020, a 500pax event had to be transformed into a Hybrid event within 3-week only.
Live streaming platform, interaction polls, break out sessions and accompanying entertaining elements were created within the shortest timeline ever and magnificently implemented.
The result exceeded all expectations, setting new standards for hybrid events within the organization.
